The project at Paris Community Hospital is two-fold. One is to provide the necessary infrastructure modifications and renovations to the existing hospital required for continuing quality patient care. Two is to provide a physician office building addition to accomodate patient volume and staff growth.

The modifications include required life safety code improvements throughout the existing facility, renovation of the inpatient unit including a solarium addition, replacement of a majority of the existing domestic water system, renovation of the original hospital window systems, replacement of the existing roof, HVAC upgrades, emergency generator upgrade and providing a public address system throughout the facility. The physician office building contains five physician office suites with shell space for growth. The addition includes an outpatient pharmacy located near the main entrance and an outpatient radiology suite.
